Barbera del Monferrato DOC

Obtained from 100% biological Barbera grapes, harvested by hand when grapes reach the perfect maturation in order to obtain a strength averagely about 14 degree. After a medium or long maceration always in wood barrels, Barbera also conducts the malolactic fermentation in autumn and is later prepared to be bottled.

Wine with a strong red ruby color, vinous and persistent scent, results full and harmonic at the taste. It considerably gets better if aged some years. It’s a whole meal kind of wine, to be served at a temperature of 16/18 C°.
