Barbera del Monferrato DOC
Obtained from 100% biological Barbera grapes, harvested by hand when grapes reach the perfect maturation in order to obtain a strength averagely about 14 degree. After a medium or long maceration always in wood barrels, Barbera also conducts the malolactic fermentation in autumn and is later prepared to be bottled.
